The Site provides information about our window, door, and siding products and services, and allows you to request quotes and schedule consultations. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Submitting a form or requesting a consultation does not create a contract for services. Information on the Site — including product descriptions, general pricing discussion, and examples of energy savings — is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

All projects are subject to an in-person assessment, a written proposal, and a signed agreement. Actual pricing, scope, timelines, and product availability are established in your written contract, which controls over anything stated on the Site.

Energy savings, comfort improvements, and noise reduction vary by home, existing conditions, climate, and usage. Any results described on the Site — including customer reviews and project examples — reflect specific homes and are not a guarantee of the results you will experience.

Products we install are covered by manufacturer warranties issued by the applicable manufacturer, not by Homestead Energy. Warranty summaries provided on this Site are offered for convenience and are not themselves warranties; the manufacturer’s warranty document is the governing document and states the complete terms, conditions, exclusions, and remedies. Any workmanship warranty we provide will be stated in your signed service agreement.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design — is the property of Homestead Energy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The Homestead Energy name and logo, and product line names used on this Site, may not be used without our prior written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

If you submit reviews, photographs, or other content to us, or authorize us to display your review or project photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing materials. You represent that any content you submit is accurate and is your own.

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, manufacturers, review platforms, and scheduling or communication tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or privacy practices.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Site itself. This section applies to your use of the website and does not limit or modify any product warranty issued by a manufacturer or any workmanship warranty set out in a signed service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homestead Energy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of any signed service agreement between us.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homestead Energy and its owners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

By providing your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message consistent with our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP at any time if you want to stop receiving text messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
